CLOSURES AND LINERS

The premium cap was specially designed for applications of the pharmaceutical industry. It is resistant to high temperatures, free from coloring agents and chemically inert. 

Many of our closures were successfully tested for biocompatibility (USP class VI) and against cytotoxicity. In addition to that we can offer a drug master file (DMF) for the combination of the premium cap and bottle. 

The closure is available in combination with several different liners. Which one you choose depends on your respective application. It can be produced in a cleanroom environment. Produced like that it fulfils the requirements for being declared endotoxin free. Data on particle burden and amount of bioburden are available on request.
