Upon request we are happy to be of service to you by professional consultancy around our products at one of our production sites but also in-house. We offer support concerning new products, applications of our products in a pharmaceutical industry environment or concerning custom-made articles especially designed to meet the requirements of your processes.

Realisation of quality supplier audits at all of our three production sites
The realisation of supplier audits at all of our three production sites is routinely done by the DURAN GROUP. However, in a company that carries > 5000 different catalog articles and several hundred custom-made articles not all products are being manufactured at the same time. Therefore, please place your audit request as early as possible. By that you will increase chances that your desired product will be produced at your proposed date and that your proposed date can be realised at all.

Production of custom-made articles

Refinement or further processing of DURAN® glassware
Besides laser edging, besides coating and besides the ambering process a number of other refinement processes are possible. If you have a respective request concerning further processing of standard articles please feel free to contact us.

Consultancy with the choice of adequate closure systems
Our team will always support you with choosing the right closure system or cap that will suit your needs and will fit with the respective standard article. Inaddition to that we can support you with the development of custom-made closure systems for your glass packaging in cooperation with our injection moulding partners.
