Special packing

Bulk, Large Batches


All standard articles, but in general and if not requested otherwise also the custom-made articles, are delivered clean but not specially cleaned nor particle free and packed in standard corrugated card board boxes.

 

NOTE: DURAN bottles must not be used for pharmaceutical production nor analyses without proper and thorough cleaning. The cleaning procedure should be adequate and validated for the intended application.

If you need a low particle burdened packaging, e.g to unpack our products in your clean room environment we can also offer special solutions for that.

  • capping of bottles with dust caps right after annealing oven
  • packing of bottles in PE-bags in combination with corrugated cardboard boxes
  • packing of bottles in PP-hollow chamber boxes

The great advantage of PP-hollow chamber boxes is that these boxes can be autoclaved. Products can so be autoclaved without unpacking them.

Single Packed DURAN® Bottles


Upon request we are able to supply different packaging solutions for one or two DURAN® bottles per packaging unit. Maybe this can be interesting for the shipping of samples to your project partners or the likes.

The packaging is approved for the transportation of dangerous goods by air, land and water.
