The new GL 45 4-port closure in combination with the special DURAN® pressure and vacuum resistant bottle creates a ready-made system, the new HPLC bottle. The safe transfer of liquid media within a closed and sterile system ensured by this product. Pressure and vacuum resistance from –1 to
+ 1.5 bar is guaranteed.
By applying positive or negative pressure, liquid can be pumped out of or into the bottle via the three outlets at the same time. Two different hose diameters can be used with the appropriate insert. If required, a supple-mentary 0.2 µm membrane filter can be fitted to the fourth port to provide sterile pressure equalization.
The DURAN® HPLC bottle is perfectly suited to the task of feeding automatic analysis equipment such as HPLC, LC, titration etc. with solvents (eluents) and the disposal of waste media.
The sets are available in two capacities, 500 ml and 1000 ml, and supplied with two sets per pack.
