Filtering flasks are used for drawing off liquids and vacuum filtration.
DURAN® filtering flasks are available in both conical and cylindrical form. To ensure suitability for use under vacuum they have an appropriate wall thickness. DIN 12 476 prescribes an appropriate pressure test to ensure that items are suitable for use under vacuum. All DURAN® filtering flasks are suitable for use under vacuum.

DURAN® filtering flasks with plastic hose connections and plastic tubulatures provide protection and safety for laboratory workers and the laboratory. Their design makes it easier to fit and remove the vacuum tubing.
