DURAN Quartet at Analytica


DURAN Group presents new products at Booth Hall B1 203/304

The branch will meet on March 23-26 in Munich at Analytica, the international trade fair for laboratory technology, analysis, and biotechnology. The DURAN Group will also use this international platform to present its new products. All together, four new products will be in the spotlight at the booth of the world-leading vendor of special glass solutions in Hall B1 203/304.

 

One matter is the expansion of the range of laboratory glass bottles. "As inventor of DURAN glass, we have considerable experience with our customers' requirements. For that reason, we have, for example, expanded our range of bottles and will, starting in April, 2010, offer three new bottle sizes," announced Tim Luetkepohl, laboratory glassware product manager at DURAN Group. Along with the already-known sizes, 150, 750, and 3,500ml models will also be available.

 

"Shaken, not stirred" – that is the (laboratory) motto: After the successful launch of the stirred reactor for DURAN GLS 80 laboratory bottles, the DURAN Group will present for the first time ever a model for DURAN GL 45 bottles at the trade fair.

 

The DURAN Group will launch a brand-new range of products under the name "Super Duty": DURAN beakers and Erlenmeyer flasks with increased mechanic stability.

 

Another innovation on the programme is microscope slides and cover slips. They will complete the company's range for scientific fields such as pathology, histology, and molecular biology.

 

The newly expanded product portfolio will be presented at the DURAN Group trade fair booth in Hall B1 203/304. labpoints.de, the internet-based rewards system for the laboratory sector, whose partners include the DURAN Group, will share the exhibition space. As at the last Ana-lytica fair, labpoints.de will inform DURAN Group partners and (potential) customers of new branch-specific bonus programmes at the DURAN Group booth.

 

Not a stone's throw from there will be the booth of Miele Professional, DURAN Group co-operation partner since May 2009 in the fields of product development, marketing, and training. This close positioning is no accident, but rather an expression of the close co-operation of the two strong brands that will provide industry specialists with a significant advantage: trade fair visitors will be able to learn about new laboratory glass products as well as how they are processed after use directly on location.
